Education Secretary Arne Duncan testifes on state flexibility waivers issued by the Dept. of Education at a Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee hearing on Thursday.

Kentucky Commissioner of Education Terry Holliday, New York Commissioner of Education John King, Jr., Andrew Smarick of Bellwether Education Partners in Lawrenceville, N.J., and The Education Trust President Kati Haycock testify on a second panel to discuss what reforms states are implementing under state flexibility waivers.
