Fmr. NYC Mayor Giuliani Speaks at Chamber of Commerce Legal Summit

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani speaks about his perspective on the upcoming elections at the U.S. Chamber Institute for Legal Reform's 13th Annual Legal Reform Summit.

U.S. Chamber President and CEO Thomas J. Donohue introduced the former mayor.

In other panels, legal reform experts discuss trends in litigation in securities, mergers and acquisitions, the increasing treatment of litigation as a profit machine, issues surrounding state attorneys general and the business community, and federal regulatory and prosecution policies during the day-long summit.

Former Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell and former Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum will also talk about their views on the upcoming 2012 elections.
