The House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Communications and Technology holds a hearing on satellite television providers and the rules governing the rebroadcast of over-the-air signals, which expire at the end of 2014.
Witnesses include: Eloise Gore, associate chief of the Enforcement Bureau at the Federal Communications Commission; R. Stanton Dodge, executive vice president and general counsel at DISH; Jane Mago, executive vice president and general counsel for legal and regulatory affairs at the National Association of Broadcasters; Jennifer Kieley, Director of Government Relations at the Association of Public Television Stations; and Michael O'Leary, senior executive vice president for global policy and external affairs at the Motion Picture Association of America.
