IMF Official Forecasts European Recession

In a newly released forecast, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) warns that a coming recession in Europe will spill over to emerging markets and the U.S.

Olivier Blanchard, Director of the IMF's Research Department, which issued the report predicting a financial slow down in Europe, participates in a conversation on the global economy hosted by the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
