Justice Ginsburg Discusses Her Career & Supreme Court Cases

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg recently sat down for a conversation at the University of Colorado's Law School.

Justice Ginsberg talked about her pioneering efforts as a female law student, her view of the Court's nomination process and what she views as the greatest threat to the American legal system.

She also told interviewer Phil Weiser, University of Colorado Law School Dean, that gay marriage will likely come before the High Court by the end of its new term.

This discussion took place in October during the 10th Circuit Bench & Bar Conference, held in Boulder, Colorado.
