Missouri 'State of the State' Address

Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon (D) delivers the "State of the State" address from the State Capitol in Jefferson City. The first-term governor is expected to announce plans for expanded Medicaid and early childhood programs, as well as support for new bonds to finance state construction projects.
