National Conf. of American Indians President Delivers 2013 Address

Jefferson Keel, president of the National Congress of American Indians, delivers the 2013 State of Indian Nations Address at the National Conference of American Indians.

Sen. Maria Cantwell (D-WA), chairman of the Committee on Indian Affairs, will deliver the Congressional response immediately following the address.
