Today, British Prime Minister David Cameron testified in London before the Leveson Inquiry, a panel examining the relationships between politicians and the press.
Earlier this week, the inquiry heard from senior politicians, including former British Prime Ministers John Major and Gordon Brown, and Labour Party Leader Ed Miliband.
PM Cameron answered questions on the hiring of his Communications Director Andy Coulson, who later resigned at the height of the British phone hacking scandal. The Prime Ministeralso discussed his relationship with the Murdochs and Rebakah Brooks and on his decision to appoint Culture Secretary Jeremy Hunt to oversee News Corp’s takeover bid of British Sky Broadcasting.
