Just before Question Time Wednesday, British Prime Minister David Cameron delivered a speech outlining his government’s position on Britain’s role in the European Union. He pledged to hold a referendum on Britain’s future in the E.U. if the Conservatives win the next election. A few hours later, he took questions from members in his weekly session from the British House of Commons. Opposition Leader Ed Miliband said holding an in-out referendum on the EU “is going to put Britain through years of uncertainty”
