Retiring Rep. Jerry Lewis (R-CA) Talks with C-SPAN

California Republican Congressman Jerry Lewis is retiring from the House at the end of this year after 24 years in office. The 17-term Congressman represented the 41st House District in southeastern California which includes parts of San Bernardino and Riverside counties.

In November, he talked with C-SPAN about his time as chairman and the ranking member on the House Appropriations Committee and how the federal spending process works.
