Sen. Leahy Outlines Judiciary Cmte. 2013 Agenda

Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-VT), Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee spoke at Georgetown University Wednesday to detail his plans for the Committee during the 113th Congress.

During a talk with Georgetown law student, Sen. Leahy said the Judiciary Committee will begin gun safety hearings in two weeks.

Along with his position as Judiciary Chairman, the Senator is the most senior member of the Appropriations Committee and a senior member of the Agriculture Committee.
