Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) held a media availability to mark the second anniversary of the health care law.

Sen. McConnell told reporters that the law had not delivered on its promises for lower premiums, more jobs and better Medicare coverage for seniors.

A constitutional challenge to the health care law will be heard at the Supreme Court for three days next week.
