The Senate Homeland Security Committee releases a report blaming the State Department for failing to adequately protect diplomatic personnel in Libya. The report on Benghazi also criticizes the Pentagon for not having a response plan in place prior to this year’s September 11 attack in which U.S. Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens and three other Americans were killed. The committee report is titled, “Flashing Red:” A Special Report On The Terrorist Attack At Benghazi.
