From January 11, 2010 the Second Circuit Court heard oral argument on whether or not to block a lower court’s ruling that would force the Federal Reserve to reveal the identities of financial institutions that may have collapsed without assistance from the government’s TARP program. Both the FOX News Network and Bloomberg are asking that the records be released using the Freedom of Information Act.
