Pres. Obama Announces Chrysler bankruptcy & partnership with FIAT

Pres. Obama announced that Chrysler will file for bankruptcy. Meanwhile the company will finalize a partnership with automaker Fiat. Bankruptcy will provide Chrysler up to $8 billion in federal aid.
