Joint Chiefs Chair Explains Afghan-Pakistan Strategy

Adm. Michael Mullen, Chair of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, discussed Pres. Obama’s counter-terrorism strategy for the Afghanistan and Pakistan region at a Senate Foreign Relations Cmte. hearing. On Tuesday, Sec. of State Clinton announced a $110 million humanitarian aid program for Pakistani refugees.
