The House Debates Pres. Obama's War Supplemental

House members passed the conference report on the War Supplemental by a vote of 226 to 202. During the debate, Republican members objected to the release of photos showing abuse to detainees and to funds for the International Monetary Fund. The House & Senate Conferees agreed on funding for the war supplemental after Pres. Obama agreed to take legal steps to block the release of detainee abuse photos.
