CBO Director Outlines Economic Impact of Health Care Bill

The Senate HELP Cmte. held day 9 of its health care bill markup. Testifying on this morning’s panel, Douglas Elmendorf, Dir. of the Congressional Budget Office (CBO), took questions from Senators on the economic impact of the bill and outlined various ways to pay for it.
