Sen. Edward Kennedy (D-MA) has died at the age of 77 after a year long battle with brain cancer. Earlier, Pres. Obama made a statement on the life & passing of Sen. Kennedy. Sen. Reid (D-NV) also held a briefing from Las Vegas.
