Recently, Iran agreed to allow the Int'l Atomic Energy Agency access to its nuclear enrichment facility on Oct. 25. To assist the Administration in its nuclear talks, Sen. Chris Dodd (D-CT) held a hearing on legislation to expand Presidential powers to impose economic & financial sanctions against Iran.
