"For the Cure" Founder Opposes New Breast Cancer Guidelines

Cancer activist Ambassador Nancy Brinker does not support the recently updated guidelines recommending against self-examinations and annual mammograms for women in their forties. The founding chair of Susan G. Komen for the Cure and a breast cancer survivor, Amb. Brinker discussed the screening methods during a Nat'l Press Club address.
