Cmsn. Scrutinizes Contractor's Role in Training Afghan Forces

Members of the Cmsn. on Wartime Contracting recently returned from Afghanistan, where they went over plans to train Afghanistan’s army and police forces in advance of the scheduled troop withdrawal in 2011. Army and government officials testified along with contractor executives on training Afghan nat'l security forces and the various challenges involved.
