The Congressional Budget Office released the 2009 Budget & Economic Outlook which forecasts a $1.186 trillion budget deficit. House and Senate Budget Committee Chairmen Sen. Kent Conrad (D-ND) and Rep. John Spratt (D-SC) responded to the CBO budget outlook.
