RONALD REAGAN: ORAL HISTORY INTERVIEWS

Ronald Reagan took office on January 20, 1981 after a landslide victory. He eventually earned the nickname, "The Teflon President" by emerging unscathed from scandals in his administration and maintain high approval numbers. His use of supply-side economics is credited with creating the greatest peacetime economic expansion in U.S. history. Reagan died on June 5, 2004 in Bel-Air, California.
