Read FCC's Rules on Net Neutrality

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has released rules it approved on February 26, that would regulate the Internet as a public utlity. You can read the net neutrality rules here. On February 28, Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Communications and Technology spoke about the rules on C-SPAN's Communicators.
