Mr. Green (WI) raised a point of order against the Sherwood amendment (A020). The amendment is not germane to the bill because it goes beyond the jurisdiction of the Committee on Agriculture. The Chair entertained Members who wished to be heard on the point of order before ruling. The Chair sustained the point of order. |
