Mr. Callahan raised a point of order against the Hinchey amendment (A006). Mr. Callahan stated that the amendment sought to amend portions of the bill which were made part of the original text for the purpose of amendment pursuant to H. Res. 428 and as such, the amendment was not in order. The Chair sustained the point of order. |
