		RESPONSE TO TERRORISM Guantanamo Bay detainees to Face Trial in New York Atty. Gen. Eric Holder announced that five detainees accused of planning the September 11 attacks are to be tried in civilian federal court in New York. The Government also plans to seek the death penalty for these defendants.
