LBJ White House Tapes: Past Programs

 
 
The LBJ Library and Museum in Austin, Texas have released new phone conversations, listen to calls on the Tet offensive in Vietnam and violence in the wake of Martin Luther King’s assassination. You’ll also hear LBJ talk about North Korea’s seizure of the intelligence ship the U.S.S. Pueblo and LBJ’s decision not to run for re-election. And LBJ Library Senior Archivist Regina Greenwell joins us to provide context and analysis.
