New York Governor Andrew Cuomo (D) delivered his third State of the State address at the Empire State Plaza Convention Center in Albany, NY.
Governor Cuomo talked about education and campaign finance reform, as well as his call for a New York State assault weapons ban, which he announced on Monday, in light of the elementary school shootings in nearby Newtown, CT.
