Vice President Biden delivered remarks at a campaign rally at the W.L. Zorn Arena in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
According to the Obama for America campaign, he was expected to discuss the "choice in the election between two different visions of the way forward on the economy: building an economy that's built to last, or returning to top-down economic policies. Vice President Biden will also discuss what's at stake for middle class families and the President's plan to restore middle-class security."
Republican Vice Presidential Candidate Rep. Paul Ryan also campaigned in his home state of Wisconsin on Wednesday.
