The House Armed Services Subcommittee on Military Personnel and Compensation and Subcommittee on Seapower and Strategic and Critical Materials held a joint hearing on recent naval accidents. The joint hearing questioned the normal safety precautions and training reductions within the Navy and how the Navy plans to evaluate the results of such accidents for future prevention. close
