The U.S. House of Representatives opened with prayer and then onto one-minute speeches. They later debated Campaign Finance for over an hour. Then moved to H.R. 2183. H.R. 2400 Conference Report - “Act to Authorize Funds for the Federal-Aid Highway Safety Programs & Transit Program & for other purposes” was presented. Also presented was H.R. 2676 "Act to amend the Internal Revenue Services Code of 1986 to Restructure & Reform the Internal Revenue Services for other purposes' was presented. The House clerk read the Bill. The Bill was debated and voted on. The House voted on a Transportation Resolution Bill- the House is considering 200 billion over 6 years for Transportation projects. The House voted on H. R. 2400. The House concluded with speeches. close
