Prime Minister Tadeusz Mazowiecki of Poland spoke at the National Press Club during his visit to Washington D.C. During the visit, he and President George H. W. Bush signed the business and economic treaties. During his remarks, the Prime Minister discussed the reunification of Germany and his country’s efforts to develop a free-market economy. He gave the speech in Polish, which was translated into English. close
