Mr. Reeves talked about his book What the People Know published by Harvard University Press. The book chronicles what has happened to the press as America has accelerated into “uncertainty.” He argues that, to survive, the press must go back to doing what it was hired to do long ago: stand as outsiders watching government and politics on behalf of a free people busy with their own affairs. Following his remarks he took questions from the audience. close
