The 1990 Bioethics Moot Court was sponsored by Georgetown University Law Center Barristers Council. The hypothetical case argued by four teams of law students is similar to the Cruzan v. Missouri Dept. of Health case now before the U.S. Supreme Court. In that case the high court is being asked to decide if the family of a woman in a persistant vegetative state has the right to remove the feeding tube that is keeping her alive. close
