Janet McDonald talked about her autobiography, Project Girl, published by

Farrar Straus & Giroux. She described her struggles as a black woman with a genius IQ who grew up in the Brooklyn projects and went to college at Vassar, then law school at Cornell. After her presentation, she responded to audience members' questions.

Following the program, Ms. McDonald signed copies of her book and talked with audience members. close
