Witnesses include representatives from the BBC, Independent Television, Sky Television, British Satellite Broadcasting, and the Independent Broadcasting Authority, which is the government’s regulatory arm. Members of the House and the broadcasting industry must come to terms on who will pay and who will operate the television cameras. close
