As part of the Distinguished Speakers Series, Chairman & CEO of The Washington Post Company Donald Graham talked about the 200th anniversary of the federal government moving to Washington, D.C. He explained how the founders intended the capital to be a business and social center, but it took many years for that to develop. He attributed this slow development to the lack of voting representation in Congress and the lack of representation for companies. After his prepared remarks he answered questions from the audience. close
