Dominique LaPierre talked about his book, A Thousand Suns: Witness to History, published by Warner Books. The book described his meetings with many significant persons of the century, including Mother Teresa, Mahatma Gandhi, death-row inmate Caryl Chessman, and Ehud Avriel. Mr. LaPierre spoke at the World Affairs Council in Philadelphia, PA. Following his remarks he spoke with attendees and signed copies of his books. close
