Following a meeting with his cabinet, President Clinton talked to reporters about Yugoslavia’s acceptance of a peace plan. He said that he remained cautious about the acceptance and would seek clarity on Serbian withdrawal form Kosovo. He added that NATO would continue military efforts until President Milosevic had fully implemented the agreement. He also talked about budget negotiations and global warming. close
