The U.S. House of Representatives passed several amendments to H.R. 4785, to amend the Public Health Service Act to establish a program of grants for preventative health services for AIDS, and the House shortly thereafter passed the bill. The House also adopted H.Res. 409, to provide for consideration of H.R. 2567, the bill to authorize the Bureau of Reclamation to study, design, construct, or modify a number of water and power projects. close
