Health experts Michael Jacobson from the Center for Science in the Public Interest, Marion Nestle from New York University, and Dr. Mohammad Ahkter from the American Public Health Association announced that they would petition the Food and Drug Administration to require new labeling on foods which contained added sugar. They also talked about the dangers, particularly to children, of additive sugar. After their comments they answered questions from reporters. close
