The Center for the Study of Popular Culture hosted a forum in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Speakers included Rep. Asa Hutchinson (R-Arkansas), Grover Norquist, President of the group Americans for Tax Reform and Political Strategist Mark Rotterman. ​The participants discussed the probable issues of the 2000 presidential campaign, such as tax reform, education, foreign policy, gun ownership, and character as the major issues.
