Participants at this forum hosted by the Hudson Institute talked about California’s Proposition 25, a ballot initiative designed to reform campaign finance. The initiative would require all contributions over $1000 to be posted on the Internet, require that all advertising be reproduced on the Internet, set contribution limits, and provide free broadcast air time to candidates. After their comments they answered questions from the audience. close
