Kevin Belmonte talked about his book, Hero For Humanity: A Biography of William Wilberforce, published by Nav Press. The book is about the life and accomplishments of William Wilberforce, a 19th century British politician who was a prominent figure in England’s anti-slavery movement. Mr. Belmonte talked about the influence of Christianity on Wilberforce’s politics and applied Wilberforce’s philosophy to contemporary issues. He answered questions from members of the audience following his talk. close
