International Fishery Agreement: Senate passed H.R. 1653, to complete the orderly withdrawal of the NOAA from the civil administration of the Pribilof Islands, Alaska, and to assist in the conservation of coral reefs, clearing the measure for the President.
Private Relief: Committee on the Judiciary was discharged from further consideration of H.R. 1023, for the relief of Richard W. Schaffert, and the bill was then passed, after agreeing to the following amendment proposed thereto:
