Dr. Sullivan spoke to reporters on the recently submitted Bush administration fiscal year 1992 budget proposals. He said the submitted proposals would allow the Department of Health and Human Services to continue its range of social programs; the submitted proposal would increase the Department of Health and Human Services budget by $38.9 billion, an 8 percent increase over the past year’s budget. close
