Mr. Dezenhall is the author of "Nail 'em!": Confronting High-Profile Attacks on Celebrities and Businesses, published by Prometheus Books. The book grew out of his experiences as the founder of Nichols-Dezenhall, a damage control firm headquartered in Washington, DC.
