Vice President Dick Cheney spoke to a group of reporters about a potential national energy crisis and outlined the administration’s energy policy. He said that the administration would pursue limited oil drilling in the Alaska Wildlife Refuge, develop clean and efficient coal burning, expand nuclear power assets, and encourage alternate power sources.
